What is the difference between a Premium Pick, a Pick Package, and a Pass?
A premium pick is what it sounds like, 1 single selection. A package is more than one premium selection purchased at the sametime…in a package. The package title will say how many picks it contains.
A pass is access to ALL of the premium picks for a specific capper or cappers and/or sports, over the listed amount of time.
What is the Consensus Report and How does it work?
The Consensus Report tallies the total number of premium picks on each side of a market, but only if there are three or more cappers on a specific type of wager (money line, spread, over/under).
Some games are highly covered and will have consensus lines in two or even all three types of bets. Typically you will see a weighted consensus play in one market per game.
For example, if 5 cappers are on the Celtics spread and 1 is one the Bulls spread, your report would show the teams and their spread listed as 5-1.
Consensus Reports do not show the content of the picks, or who made them. Only the count of the picks for each bet type and which side they’re on.
What if I buy a premium pick product and the game is canceled?
Canceled games result in a credit for a subsequent game.
When can I see my premium picks?
Cappers enter their selections by 11am Eastern time, each day.
How do I view My Picks?
To see premium picks, go the website, log in if not already, and click “My Picks“.
Picks are entered by 11 AM Eastern time each day.
What if my odds are different?
Betting lines can change throughout the day. Things that affect odds may be new information about players such as injuries, changes in conditions like weather or coaching, as wellas many other factors. The most common reason your lines differ from your capper is your sportsbook is different than the average line. We do not recommend betting lines that are dramatically worse than what your capper’s selection was on.
How do I Use Credits?
If you are buying with credits, you must go through the regular checkout process even though you are not charged.
If you have a credit balance, but the checkout shows you owe money, in almost all cases one of two things has happened:
• The package you’ve selected costs more than your credit balance.
• You were not logged in before adding items to your cart.
Where can I see my Credit Balance
To see your credit balance, log in to your account by clicking “My Picks“at the top of the page.
Credits are shown in the “Available Credits” section above your name.
What is a credit guarantee?
Guaranteed packages automatically give you a credit if the package does not turn a profit—the sum of betting all individual picks. THESE ARE NOT PARLAYS UNLESS OTHERWISE CLEARLY STATED. If a guaranteed package does not profit, a credit for its full purchase price is automatically issued after picks are graded and verified.
For example, if you purchase a $39.95 package that doesn’t profit, you’ll get a $39.95 credit towards any future purchase(s) on our site. Credits are usually issued within hours of a game’s conclusion, so please allow a few hours for final verification.
To use your credits, log in to your account and add another package or pass to your cart. Credits will automatically reduce what you owe. Any remaining balance will be settled through our payment system, with any leftover credits available future purchases. Credits do not expire.
When will I get my credit?
At the conclusion of a game, all associated picks will be graded. Losing picks that are part of the “Credit Guarantee” will then result in credits. Users will see the credit in their accounts shortly after the conclusion of a game…That may be within hours, but often sooner.
Where do I get My Picks?
To see premium picks, go the website and click the My Picks link in the header.
If you just purchased your picks, you should already be logged in. Otherwise, login using the same email and password you used when checking out.
Picks should be in by 11 AM Eastern time each day.
