This week, the LPGA Tour travels to China for the 2024 Blue Bay LPGA.

The 2024 Blue Bay LPGA will be played at the Jian Lake Blue Bay Golf Club in Hainan, China. The Blue Bay LPGA has not been played on the LPGA Tour since 2018.

Prior to diving into my favorite prop bets for the 2024 Blue Bay LPGA let’s take a look at the current top five golfers in overall scoring average on the LPGA Tour that are in this week’s tournament field.

Top Five Golfers in Scoring Average

  • Sei Young Kim 69.50
  • Hye Chi Choi 69.58
  • Lydia Ko 69.66
  • Ayaka Furue 69.75
  • Lucy Li 69.87
  • Now that we have determined who the top five players in overall scoring average are on the LPGA Tour (in this week’s field) let’s shift our focus to my favorite prop bets for the 2024 Blue Bay LPGA.

Here are two golfers to consider placing on your card to finish in the top five.

    Xiyu Lin +225

Xiyu Lin has accumulated three top 13 finishes in her last four events played on the LPGA Tour, including a 13th place result at the 2024 LPGA Drive On Championship last month.

Lin has also posted quality results at the Jian Lake Blue Bay Golf Club in the past. Lin finished 14th at the 2018 Blue Bay LPGA.

    Sei Young Kim +400

The talented South Korean arrives at this week’s tournament on the heels of three consecutive top 23 finishes on the LPGA Tour, including a third-place result at the 2024 Honda LPGA Thailand two weeks ago.

Sei Young Kim also checks the box for me when it comes to key player statistics. Kim is currently ranked fourth in rounds under par (10), fourth in total birdies (52), and fourth in putting average (1.68) on the LPGA Tour.

Additionally, Kim finished fourth at the 2018 Blue Bay LPGA.

Here is a golfer to consider placing on your card to finish in the top ten.

    Gaby Lopez +280

Last week, Gaby Lopez fired a third round 69 at the 2024 HSBC Women’s World Championship on her way to an eventual 25th place result.

It should also be noted that Lopez won the 2018 Blue Bay LPGA.
