The Hamilton Tiger-Cats and Winnipeg Blue Bombers meet Sunday in the CFL Grey Cup at McMahon Stadium.

The Hamilton Tiger-Cats look to win their ninth Grey Cup in franchise history and the first since 1999. The Hamilton Tiger-Cats have won five of their last six non-home games. Dane Evans is completing 72.2 percent of his passes for 3,754 yards, 21 touchdowns and 13 interceptions. Jeremiah Masoli and Evans have combined for 30 touchdowns and 20 interceptions. Brandon Banks and Bralon Addison have combined for 2,786 receiving yards and 20 touchdowns while Jaelon Acklin has 58 receptions. The Hamilton Tiger-Cats ground game is averaging 100.4 yards per contest, and Cameron Marshall leads the way with 307 yards and two touchdowns. Defensively, Hamilton is allowing 19.1 points and 365.3 yards per game. Simoni Lawrence leads the Tiger-Cats with 98 tackles, Ja’Gared Davis has 13 sacks and Jumal Rolle has five interceptions.

The Winnipeg Blue Bombers look to win their 11th Grey Cup in franchise history and first since 1990. The Winnipeg Blue Bombers have lost four of their last six non-home games. Matt Nichols is completing 71.3 percent of his passes for 1,936 yards, 15 touchdowns and five interceptions. Nichols and Chris Streveler have combined for 23 touchdown passes and 19 interceptions. Kenny Lawler and Darlin Adams have combined for 1,186 receiving yards and nine touchdowns while Nic Demski has 44 receptions. The Winnipeg Blue Bombers ground game is averaging 150.4 yards per contest, and Andrew Harris leads the way with 1,380 yards and four touchdowns. Defensively, Winnipeg is allowing 22.3 points and 359.3 yards per game. Chandler Fenner leads the Winnipeg Blue Bombers with 79 tackles, Willie Jefferson has 12 sacks and Winston Rose has nine interceptions.

The Tiger-Cats are 5-0-1 ATS in their last 6 road games, 5-2-1 ATS in their last 8 playoff games and 8-1-2 ATS in their last 11 games overall. The Blue Bombers are 10-2 ATS in their last 12 home games, 1-4 ATS in their last 5 playoff home games and 20-8 ATS in their last 28 games overall. The Tiger-Cats are 6-1-1 ATS in their last 8 meetings in Winnipeg and 4-0-1 ATS in their last 5 meetings. The under is 5-2 in Tiger-Cats last 7 road games. The over is 4-1 in Blue Bombers last 5 games overall.

The Hamilton Tiger-Cats have won four of the last five meetings against Winnipeg, which includes a 20-point win back in September. Hamilton has been the most consistent team in the CFL this season, which includes a 13-4-2 ATS record and winning its last three games by an average of 11.7 points. However, the were my pick very early to win the Grey Cup, and while they hit a rough patch for a couple of months, it’s very tough to ignore road wins over Calgary and Saskatchewan, both in the underdog role. The Blue Bombers have found that magic over these last two weeks and are more than capable of winning this game if they bring that same energy for one more week. Give me the points.

Thanks for following along and I’ll see you guys next season!
