Georgia Tech Yellow Jackets Betting Preview
Over on the Georgia Tech side, they opened the season with a game versus Maryland Eastern Shore. The Yellow Jackets led by three at the half but needed overtime to post a 56-52 win. Mohamed Sylla was the team’s leading scorer with a double-double on 14 points and 15 rebounds. In their second game versus Bryant, things were a little easier. The Yellow Jackets were up 39-22 after one half, then rolled on a 35-23 run for a blowout win 74-45. Leading the scoring was Reeves this time with 18 points and two assists. Akai Fleming added 14 points in 22 minutes, and Sylla doubled up on 10 points with 11 rebounds and three assists. In game three versus Southeastern Louisiana, the Yellow Jackets were again in a sticky spot at the break with a 31-29 deficit. Mohamed Sylla doubled up on 16 points with 10 rebounds, and Lamar Washington had 13 points with six rebounds and three assists.

Georgia Southern vs Georgia Tech Prediction
I’ll stick with Georgia Tech I suppose. The Yellow Jackets didn’t play too badly in a tough road game versus Georgia during their last outing, though the shooting was a little colder than it should have been. Georgia Tech managed 41.1 percent from the field with a tepid 17-of-28 (60.7 percent) from the free throw line alongside a 45-40 rebounding deficit and 14 turnovers. The good news is that it was the Yellow Jackets’ third straight game with at least 70 points following the 56-point (including overtime) dud win over MD Eastern Shore in the opener. Tuesday’s game should be manageable for the Jackets if they can bounce back well shooting-wise, but it could get tricky if not.
