Hampton vs Boston College Prediction
I’ll stick with Boston College. The Eagles were able to bounce back from their debilitating loss to Central Connecticut State with a pretty solid performance versus Temple at Liacouras Center over the weekend. Boston College shot 43.9 percent from the field with a 37-33 rebounding edge and just eight turnovers, but did miss six of their 16 free throws (62.5 percent) along the way. Through four games so far the Eagles are scoring well. They’ve got 76 or more points in three of those, with the outlier being the 59 points in the limp effort versus Central Connecticut State on November 11.
As for Hampton, they were pretty flat on Sunday versus Holy Cross. The Pirates shot just 37 percent from the field, though it’s worth noting that they were great from the line (16-of-17) and out-rebounded the Crusaders 28-22.
